The challenge presented to us by PMI was to construct a true Colonial Williamsburg structure using a fast track method of delivery to meet a very aggressive completion schedule. By dedicating a Project Manager to the project, his efforts were focused on the detail required by the Colonial Williamsburg Architecure, while maintaining our committment to schedule and budget.

Working with Local and State Historical Preservationist, we undertook the challenge of renovating a historic building to create both retail and corporate space. The three story building was completely gutted and renovated. A small addition was added to house an elevator to meet handicap requirements.
